PRICE: $555 (may split into two payments or set up a payment plan with the store to be completed before August)

Itinerary:

Day 1:

·       Introductions of facilitators and review of the day’s events. Creating a sacred space, discussing the retreat and what to expect, setting ground rules and expectations.

·       Medusa Journal Exercise with Niki: Working with Goddess Medusa to discuss Sacred Rage. Re-writing the beliefs that hold you back journal exercise.

·       Somatic Breathwork with Carlene: Learn and be guided in somatic breath work techniques to bring up stored emotions and release them from your physical body.

·       Guided Medusa Meditation with Liz: Guided meditation to help you meet and/or access the dark parts of yourself so that you can acknowledge them, heal them, and integrate them.

·       Sound Healing Session: Relax and heal as you are treated to a Sound Bath to ground you and help you process the day’s events.

·       Journal/Homework Assignment: Gain insight into an issue by pulling an oracle card from the Soul Mirror Deck to mediate/journal on overnight.

Day 2:

·       Check-in: Review the previous day’s events. Discuss homework/journal assignment. Ask any questions, discuss insights/revelations, weird dreams, etc.

·       Cacao Ceremony and Group Reiki with Sound: Participate in a Cacao Ceremony with guided meditation to help you connect to your heart space, and learn your heart/inner child’s needs and wants. Find out what is still holding you back and look for break-throughs to move forward. Reiki healing is used to help support your deep healing work. Sound helps to deepen the meditation experience.

·       Vision Board Assignment: Creating a Vision Board that represents what we would like our Heaven on Earth to look like.

Closing Ceremony: Reflections on the retreat, final questions, close circle, present gifts.
